My Children

My very much treasured is my children so I drew them the way I saw them as best as I could draw them, I wanted something different rather than a photograph as you can have a photo anytime so by drawing them was unique to me as it was my drawing may not be perfect but it was unique to me.

My children are the most important thing in my life before anything else, they have their own lives to live but they are very good to me which I’m very thankful for.

They don’t interfere with my writing but they do comment on it sometimes which helps me very much and helps me if I get stuck on something I don’t understand being a lot younger than me and are more educated than myself they can see my mistakes and then they advise me on a few things I don’t understand.

it’s as if the table has turned from me teaching them to them teaching me usually about technology and things that have moved on from the old days etc.

I try not to rely on them and do things myself but it’s comforting to know I have their support.

Children grow up so quickly I’m glad I enjoyed the early days of their lives I had so much fun with them taking them out every day, I used to work in the evenings until nine o’clock but those days pass so quickly and they gow up so quickly that they find their own way in life and friends and you have to let them find their way in life.
